CurrentEPR IAPTUS Project Manager: - implementation of an IAPTUS RiO Integration within the Electronic PatientRecord (EPR) programme. Ensuring that IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) services aresupported by a robust, efficient, and user-friendly EPR system. Delivering complex IT projects within thehealthcare sector.• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the EPR programme for IAPTUS, ensuring all project milestones,deliverables, and outcomes are achieved on time, within scope, and on budget.• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including timelines, resources, risk management, andcommunication strategies.• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, clinical, and administrative staff, to ensure seamlessintegration and deployment of the EPR system.• Engage with key stakeholders, including senior management, clinicians, IT teams, and external vendors,to align project goals with organizational objectives.• Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates, gather feedback, and addressany concerns or issues.• Ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed and that their requirements are effectively integrated intothe project plan.• Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to ensure a smooth transition tothe new EPR system.• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and user support initiatives to ensure that all users arecomfortable and proficient with the new system.• Monitor and address any resistance to change, providing support and guidance to staff as needed.• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the EPR programme, ensuring that potential issuesare proactively managed.• Develop contingency plans and respond to project challenges effectively, ensuring that project deliveryremains on track.• Ensure that the EPR system meets all relevant quality standards and complies with healthcareregulations and data protection requirements.• Conduct regular project review
