Winner of an Industry award – Travelport (Galileo) Instructor of the Year was a recognition of teaching skills and talents acknowledged by past and current students. Have assisted with development of facilitator guides and other material for class room delivery. Holder of all required Industry qualifications and accreditation. Worked in Travel/Tourism as teacher for Martin College after leaving the airline industry which gives the opportunity to pass on extensive industry knowledge and skills to students. Held various roles in the airlines from reservations to airport check-in, group travel and conventions, corporate travel, international travel and airline trainer for reservations, customer service and airport check-in. Holds qualifications of Diploma of Tourism and Diploma of Business Management. Maintains up to date information, developments and skills through work experience, symposiums and industry training which is a great asset for the students. Martin College is a great supporter and encourager of staff training. Greatest joy is the opportunity to assist students reach their goals and to obtain positions in the travel/tourism industry. Extensive travel within Australia and overseas. Mother to one son who has shared travels to overseas destinations.
