Mission, passion, creativity and collaboration..that's what I look for in a challenge. It's a theme that has repeated itself many times through out my professional endeavors. Today, it's the standard I look for when deciding to commit to an opportunity. I have been extremely fortunate over the years to have enjoyed the trust of several non-profits organizations to represent them in volunteer leadership roles. All have compelling missions whether it's finding a cure for MS, providing health coverage to people with pre-existing conditions, or educating tomorrow's leaders in science, math and technology. Each of their missions resonates with me and my work on their behalf is more than a job - it's a passion. I am happiest when I am creating something new - designing a program, structuring a campaign, creating an event or breathing new life into an existing task and taking it to the next level.The responsibilities I enjoy the most require problem-solving, especially the creative and innovative kinds that are intellectually stimulating. When the final result is greater than the sum of the individual contributions, that's the magic of collaboration at work.And that's when I can't wait to start on the next challenge.Have an idea? let's talk about it!
