About Elizabeth Pattimore

I pride myself on building safety management systems that work. I have taken projects and companies on the verge of getting removed to improving beyond the clients request. I have built systems for companies that they have never had or used before and had them excel at them. Due to the management systems I have put in place, the contract was rewarded to that company. With my years of experience I have learned that building strong relationships is what can make or break your career. You need to gain the respect of everyone from the management team all the way to the workers on the front lines. What I present in the orientations about caring about our people is something that I truly believe. I have continued my education as far as my safety careers goes. I am currently working on achieving my CRSP and my MBA as well. I will continue to learn and be a great resource of any company that I will be working with.
