About Elizabeth Perdue

I've had the amazing privilege to be able to work serving our geriatric population with their home health needs for the past 15 years. I began my healthcare journey working directly with the public as an in-home caregiver assisting with day-to-day activities. Later as a Regional Supervisor, I spent 6 years responsible for matching and staffing a wonderful team of caregivers and clients to ensure that not only were the appropriate skill levels met but that both sides were happy with the placement. During this time, I also helped guide, mentor and develop a team of caregivers so they could reach their full potential while learning to adapt to the company's culture. In 2016, I continued supporting clients and caregivers while working remotely in After Hours Support and for 7 years, I worked independently triaging all incoming, non-business hours communication for a large home healthcare agency in order to maintain the quality and accessibility of service the clients and caregivers expected. Recently, I accepted the position of Operations Manager for Holistic HomeCare Associates in NY and am excited for this next chapter of personal and professional growth.
