Beth Popkins is a senior operations and claims leader within the independent property adjusting space. She has successfully led adjusting teams and vendors relationships for two Florida-based insurance carriers, where she developed and implemented best practices, ensured compliance with state regulations, and delivered excellent customer experiences. She has also overseen the quality and efficiency of more than 1,000 vendors across the country as the Director of Vendor Performance at Hancock Claims Consultants, a large national managed repair network. Beth is a licensed claims adjuster in multiple states and a licensed Florida agent. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Central Florida and a master’s degree in insurance and risk management from Florida State University. She is an active member and leader of several professional associations, such as the Orlando Claims Association and the Association of Professional Insurance Women in Tampa Bay.
