• Responsible for all aspects of center operations for a client facility licensed to serve 684 children.• Supervise a team of 82 direct care providers and 9 administrative/support faculty.• Ensure that the center continuously meets or exceeds NAEYC Accreditation Standards.• Serve as a resource for faculty and families in identifying variables in each child's development, making appropriate referrals for early intervention and/or other services as needed.• Build strong parent partnerships by hosting monthly Family Partnership Group meetings, working with staff to offer quarterly age level family events and oversee the creation and on-going development of a multi-media parent resource lending libary.• Establish and maintain a strong partnership with the campus site president and the client leadership team that respects the culture and ever changing needs of the campus. • Take an active role in collaborating with local ECE agencies to strengthen partnerships with Bright Horizons and build the center's reputation as a leader in the field of high quality early learning.• Actively seek out opportunities to support the professional development of teachers across North FL by hosting and/or leading professional development events open to anyone in the field.• Serve as a conference committee lead for an annual North FL Early Childhood Collaborative Conference.• Present at ECE conferences on a local, state and national level.

• Responsible for all aspects of child development center for the US Army for a facility licensed to serve 112 children.• Supervised a staff of 25 teachers and 5 administrative support staff.• Ensured the center continuously met or exceeded NAEYC Accreditation standards.• Established an annual calendar of parenting support workshops that addressed various topics related to the ages and stages of child growth and development.• Created a German Enrichment part-day preschool program which expanded to a full-day preschool program within one year of operation.• Implemented a year-long pre-kindergarten readiness program for children age eligible to enter Department of Defense (DOD) Kindergarten programs the following year.• Ensured ongoing compliance with DOD Army 608-10 licensing regulations.

• Supported the professional development of 25-30 teachers for a US military childcare facility licensed to serve 300+ children. • Set up and maintained Individual Development Plans (IDP's) for all direct care staff. • Took on the role of CDA Advisor to ensure each teacher's successful completion of their CDA. • Created an annual training program to inform and educate staff on topics such as NAEYC Accreditation Standards, Parent Conferences, Child Growth & Development, and completing Environmental Rating Scales(ITERS/ECERS).

• Provided on-site technical assistance and training to 15 childcare centers striving to attain NAEYC Accreditation. • Updated, developed and presented the GAYC Director Institute: Nurturing Staff as Professionals, at various locations across the state. • Represented GAYC Professional Development on state committees and oversaw the work of the Conference Coordinator and other GAYC staff members as hired.
