Reduction of cycle times in production line, head count and generating annual savings up to 150,000 dlls 3. Implementation of new RAW material in the current production with annual savings up to 1, 000,000 dlls 4. Development of feasibility study for changing the RAW material; as a result, we diversified the company product and acquired a manufacturer of covers materials.
