Reporting to the Vice President of the Western Region, responsible for the organization's consistent achievement of its mission, financial objectives, program development and administration. Provides overall strategic and operational responsibility for staff, residents, programs and growth. Requires a deep knowledge of community corrections, policies, core programs, operations, business objectives and managing contractual obligations. In addition, continuously maintaining relationships with community members, local courts and the Community Corrections Board.

Arapahoe County Residential Center/Tooley Hall

Drives facility operations to ensure the safety and security of the facility, the Residents and the Community. Provide and oversee the daily manpower for the workplace and assign and supervise the work. Staffing duties included interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating and disciplining employees.

Arapahoe County Residential Center

Monitored and assisted a caseload of approximately 25 offenders to ensure successful community reentry to include weekly Resident budgeting, treatment progress, pro-social community involvement, and employment as well as keeping accurate records. Worked with other staff, , DOC and DCJ to ensure accurate placement and programming of individual offenders. Led academy classes dealing with substance abuse and criminal addictive thinking. Trained in and executed PREA, SOAR, SSI-R, LSI, ASUS-R, TxRW, and CCJMHS-A. Administered random UA and BA’sMet with clients weekly to verify budget and therapy needs as well as work and schooling verification. Prepared several reports and progress notes daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually. Completed paperwork including “earned time”, intake and discharge paperwork and files/charts.
