Elizabeth Reid serves as Director of Business Administration for the Global Franchising department of Enterprise Holdings. Based in St. Louis, Reid provides strategic business management leadership and expertise to support the company’s worldwide franchise operations and expansion efforts. She oversees the team responsible for the franchisee monthly settlement process, collaborates frequently with the global franchising operations, corporate shared services teams, international business management teams and other corporate departments to provide business management guidance and financial best practices to our franchise operations.Enterprise Holdings operates – through an integrated global network of independent regional subsidiaries and franchises – the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Alamo Rent A Car and National Car Rental brands in over 100 countries around the world. In addition, Enterprise Holdings is the most comprehensive service provider and only investment-grade company in the U.S. car rental industry.With nearly 15 years of experience at Enterprise Holdings, Reid has held roles of increasing responsibility in Business Management. In 2007, she began her career as a Staff Accountant in Indianapolis and within a year, she was promoted to Accounting Supervisor in Ohio. Her next role was at the Corporate Headquarters in St. Louis for the Internal Audit department where she focused on UK operations. In 2014, Reid relocated to New Mexico to serve as Assistant Controller. She was promoted to her current position in 2018. Reid received her bachelor’s in finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University – Bloomington in 2004 and earned her CPA from the Accountancy Board of Ohio in 2012. Prior to Enterprise, she worked in retail management.
