I successfully devised and delivered the change management program for all components of an IT Pilot Project (a new learning platform). The Minimum Viable Product (MVP) delivered 29 of the 30 identified Business Benefits. A total of 10,000+ Defence Staff participated in the Pilot which hosted a range of mandatory and non mandatory courses; and provided participants with access to 7,000+ LinkedIn Learning Courses. During this engagement I ensured delivery excellence by applying human centered engagement techniques and prioritised the end user experience. I placed effective stakeholder engagement and genuine collaboration at the center of my OCM approach.

SA Health - Enterprise System for Medical Imaging (ESMI) Project Lead the development of an Exception Report and associated financial modelling to enable the release of contingency funding to enable the continuation of the Enterprise System for Medical Imaging (ESMI) Project. The release of this funding will enable the Project to be implemented to the remaining 4 Metropolitan and 2 Country Reporting Sites. DEPI - Bushfire ICT Program Lead a Vendor Team to design and deliver a CRM Solution for the Fuel Management Project; and for the Stakeholder Engagement component of this Project. This engagement necessitated expertise in all phases of the full CRM delivery lifecycle and incorporated an AGILE methodology. During this engagement Elizabeth utilized her multifarious BA skills including requirements gathering; use case creation; test management; change management and training delivery. ANZ - PCM Billing EnablementLead a team of Business Analysts to manage and deliver a number of technical projects associated with Billing Enablement. Delivered a Technical BRD for a Unique Customer Identifier across multiple banking systems.Origin Energy - NSW Integration ProgramLead a process to ensure that key business requirements associated with the implementation of the NSW Integration Program were embedded within the Origin business. NAB - Infrastructure Transformation ProgramManaged all correspondence, documentation and due diligence processes associated with a major IT outsourcing project. Key achievements included ensuring that all internal audit processes and probity requirements were met.ANZ - Institutional DivisionElizabeth was engaged to assist in the development of a consistent, robust and sustainable operating model for Sanctions compliance throughout ANZ's global operations; and following the success of that engagement, engaged to embed the Part A Requirements of the AML/CTF Program into the business.

In my current role I am the Lead BA within the (Telstra) Operations & Shared Services Division. I am responsible for leading a BA Team to enable the National transfer of Copper and HFC Assets to NBN (to facilitate delivery of the proposed FTTN broadband solution). My core duties include requirements elicitation; delivering detailed business requirements; developing technical and business user stories; developing process maps to accompany all proposed business and IT processes; and requirements trace-ability mapping. This role requires excellent business analytical skills, including an acute understanding of the complex interface between technical and business requirements - and how they may be effectively delivered.

Elizabeth was engaged to manage the Knowledge Bank: Next Generation Project from procurement through to development and the implementation of various projects including online content management; models to evaluate school effectiveness; strategic plans and polices improving and ensuring the quality of these systems in schools. The development and management of the funding agreement between the relevant Victorian Government Departments and the Commonwealth Clever Networks Programme Fund was a key requirement of the role, particularly reviewing all contractual developments within the context of business requirements and legislative parameters.

As part of a significant change management program of work, Elizabeth liaised closely with the Corrections Victoria Leadership Team to define the processes utilised by Departmental personnel against the Gender Parity Project framework. By facilitating a number of governance meetings and workshops with key stakeholders and utilising the PRINCE2 methodology, Elizabeth identified and extensively documented areas where the greatest gaps existed between the current and projected capacity of the correctional workforce to meet changing service demands. Elizabeth’s Master of Public Policy and Management featured a thesis which focused on the analysis and development of change management solutions associated with the issues facing the correctional workforce sector. Elizabeth undertook qualitative and quantitative research with key stakeholders to develop an ‘end to end’ change management solution.Whilst employed within Corrections Victoria (CV) Elizabeth (additionally) undertook the role of Project Officer for Prisoner Health Services. Elizabeth conducted a comprehensive stakeholder engagement and subsequent review and assessment of the service model utilised by CV for the delivery of prisoner health services.
