Performed administrative function for holding company with businesses in UK and China.Edited investment memoranda, investment committee and investor reporting documents.

Performed accounting and compliance services for boutique corporate advisory firm. Liaised with outside accountants to prepare monthly internal financials as well as quarterly and year end statements for regulatory submissions. Implemented procedures for transaction file assembly. Checked integrity of files. 20 hours per week.
