I manage the team that supports logistics, inventory management, used car sales and refurbishment, new car sales administration for the Southeast territory.

My team supported all of the E-Z-GO direct branch sales and warranty operations by processing all transactions in JBA.

Reporting to the Vice President of Global Sales. Duties included analytical market share data and the administration of our Sales Force Automation System. I facilitated our Sales Advisory Council for presentations at our annual International Sales Meetings. I facilitated with other departments the bi-yearly New Hire Orientations for our new Fleet Golf Channel Representatives. I was responsible for the approval on the Vice President level of all Fleet Golf Car deals by the use of a Transactional Pricing Tool that was developed to analyze the profitability of our fleet deals to golf courses. I planned our yearly branch reviews and helped prep our branch personnel for these reviews. I attended the PGA show in Orlando each year. I prepared quarterly reports on the sales rankings of our field sales representatives in the golf channel. My travel was up to 40% a year. I was Green Belt certified in 2008 in the Six Sigma Processes

In this role I supported the Corporate Account Managers in the day to day operations of sales to the Corporate Account Clients i.e. companies that owned or managed large groups of golf courses and were allowed to purchase directly from the factory. As contracts were already negotiated with these multi-course management companies, I provided in-house sales support. This included, quoting golf car orders, subsequently processing orders, arranging delivery and obtaining financing. Other duties were to provide clients with complete lease expiration spreadsheets to help them better manage their business as well as provide a forecasting tool for E-Z-GO. Other duties included tracking and forecasting rebates as well as future sales opportunities. I provided overall troubleshooting for various issues that would arise, including credit issues and warranty claim resolution.
