Working with the State of Texas I have learned a variety of skills which include the following:project management -accounting -customer service -construction projects -running estimates- reviewing payroll- reviewing daily DWRS for construction projects- training interns and training new hires for our construction department -work on change orders if needed- Read and review construction plans and work on final plans called Asbuilts to finalize a project- audit construction projects- work on maintenance projects as well -create agendas for pre-construction meetings- attend civil rights meetings and trainings.
