Freelance investigative journalist in Peru, specializing in stories about gender, human rights and inequality, with 15 years of experience in multimedia, collaborative, and cross-border projects. She is member of the journalistic advisory committee of RedLabora of Repórter Brasil, member of Hub Connectas, grantee of the Pulitzer Center, collaborator of Mongabay Latam and coordinator of the Peruvian network of journalists against Forced Labor of the International Labor Organization (ILO). Some of his works were recognized with the National Journalism Award (2024) from IPYS, for research hate crimes in the Peruvian Amazon; the Journalistic Excellence Award (2021) from the Inter-American Press Association (IAPA), for reporting on care work; and the South American Award (2018) from the International Organization for Migration (IOM), for coverage of human trafficking cases. In addition, she received an honorable mention from the IAPA (2024) for teamwork on the documentary Yaku Raymi, and was a finalist for the SDG United Nations (2019) and Fundación Gabo (2018) awards. She worked in Ojo Público and in the newspaper El Comercio, and his texts have been published in La Diaria (Uruguay), Agencia Presentes (Argentina), La Silla Vacía (Colombia), ReVista Harvard Review (United States), Revista Pikara (Spain) , Kulturaustausch (Germany) and other media. She has published journalistic manuals on human trafficking and migration, and is a workshop leader in research techniques and coverage of social issues.
