In my role as Data and Performance Manager at Ealing GP Federation, I utilise my analytical skills and strategic mindset to assess and improve the efficiency of our services.I am responsible for interpreting performance data, identifying trends and insights that drive strategic decision-making and facilitate process enhancements. With a strong focus on performance management, I lead various activities including monitoring, reporting, and ensuring quality assurance across all operations.Communication is a vital aspect of my role, as I am tasked with conveying performance insights and proposed improvements to senior leadership and stakeholders. This responsibility requires an aptitude for clear, concise communication and a keen ability to translate complex data into understandable and actionable information.Balancing a focus on data with a human-centred approach, I continually strive to promote the best outcomes for both our team and the communities we serve. By merging data-driven strategies with a deep understanding of our objectives and values, I work towards fostering an environment of continual growth and improvement.

I work across two primary care networks (PCNS) managing 20 GP practices. My role entails work alongside the Clinical Director, GPs, Practice Managers, and various other internal and external stakeholders. I support the Clinical Directors and the 20 Practices to develop and implement service improvement and transformation work aligned to local and national priorities. This includes building on current primary care provision and working proactively with the wider network to ensure i can offer our local population sustainable, proactive, personalised, coordinated and more integrated health and care.I am responsible for various functions of the Primary Care Network. Such as the delivery and monitoring of specific PCN projects and services committed to or commissioned by the PCN and creating new projects which are of strategic importance to our PCN and local population needs. I also provide oversight of the financial management, resourcing and regulatory compliance of the work of the PCN, including coordinating extended access and other collective DES’ where necessary and also coordinating the rota of additional roles that come as a part of the national DES contract. I also line manager some of the ARRS roles such as social prescribers and health and well-being coaches. providing support, planning appraisals and coordinating regular team meetings to help boost morale.

To support delivery of the HIOW Saliva Testing Programme –engagement work stream. This role will support designated organisations e.g. universities, social care, emergency services, in being recruited to participate in the saliva testing programme; workingwithin overall policies, but the post holder will have autonomy in delivering the defined results.This will involve initiating contacts and developing / managing relationships to on board organisations onto the testing programme. Provide organisations with information and resources in order to be able to give information to those being tested (e.g. staff, students) to support the programme. Act as the account manager liaison point for the organisation and the programme, for organising the delivery of equipment / collection of samples and for resolving any problems / issues affecting participation. This may be for a number of small / medium organisations or a larger organisation in the HIOW region.
