The International Mobility Employee Services Delivery Center Coordinator acts towards the assignee, HR community and vendor service providers (whether internal or external) as a single point of coordination, ensuring compliance during all the phases of an assignment.- Preparing documentation during the pre-assignment phase.- Initiate immigration, tax related and relocation processes with vendors.- Provide transfer guidance information to the assignee upon arrival to the assignment destination.- Ensure compliance of services and documentation during all phases of the assignment.- Drafting and revision of the specific procedures to be followed with all parties involved during the phases of the assignment in collaboration with subject matter experts.
