I am a motivated, detail-oriented, and organized graduate always on the lookout for learning opportunities. I have experience in customer service, sales, data analytics, working under pressure, criminal law, administrative work, social media marketing, freelance commission work, and writing. After finishing a summer internship in Toledo, OH with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, I was awarded #1 Intern of Northern Ohio. This award was based on personal sales, customer service satisfaction, and a #1 ranking innovation-based presentation to corporate about expanding efficiencies and improving inclusion for d/Deaf individuals.I strive to beat deadlines and organize my days to ensure I have maximized productivity, even with simple tasks like household chores. This skill translated well as I graduated high school with a 4.5 GPA and college with a 3.94 GPA.Through many leadership positions I have taken on, I have strengthened my confidence and communication skills. I have a passion for helping others and find contributing to their success very rewarding to me. I found great joy in working as a mentor in high school which is why I continued this volunteer work with the Schmidhorst College of Business Peer Mentorship program. I became involved with Women in Business Leadership where I strengthened the leadership skills necessary to succeed in a business environment. I worked directly with the organization to expand diversity and inclusion within our PWI (primarily white institution). As an outspoken individual with a strong sense of empathy and emotional intelligence, I feel comfortable discussing and exploring traditionally uncomfortable conversations to improve racial, ethnic, and gender-related equality.
