• Duties include time tracking and bi-weekly payroll utilizing QuickBooks Pro, bi-weekly and quarterly payroll taxes, and preparation of year-end taxes.• Responsible for bank transactions, reconciliation of accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable and customer billing and statements.• Draft proposals for structural engineering services and maintain a spreadsheet to track project profitability (direct labor summary).• Marketing responsibilities include preparation/submission of qualifications packets and photographing completed projects.• Human resources tasks to include new employee documentation, healthcare benefits and retirement plan enrollment.• Additional duties include notary services, ordering office supplies and telephone inquiries.
