These resources remain in active use by franchisees to date- Conducted Food Safety and Quality internal audits, accompanied in third-party audits- Responsible for daily monitor of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) for compliance- Trained franchisee's about Food Safety and GMPs addressing quality and sanitation issues to drive process improvements- Verified Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) logs and other documents are accurately completed on a daily basis- Conducted work station inspections to verify compliance (pH, sanitizer, food temperatures, HACCP documentation)
