As a Partner Success Manager, I support a robust implementation partner ecosystem that enhances Coupa’s ability to sell, deliver, and support the Coupa platform in a way that drives measurable business value for our customers. Directly responsible for managing the relationships of five regional system integrators, actively supporting their on-boarding and enablement, as well as monitoring their performance and managing business reviews.

Responsible for providing internal and external subject matter expertise on the topic of services spend management. Supported Coupa Account Executives who were selling into organizations with high volumes of services spend to ensure prospects were aware of the value of managing services spend within Coupa. Supported direct sales cycles as well as created internal enablement content to further promote all areas services spend management that Coupa supports.

Directly responsible for creating and executing against a strategy to train and enable both customers and partners on Brightfield's TDX platform. Created adoption metrics to evaluate user utilization and adoption of TDX platform, while working with cross functional parties to evaluate new use cases and training scenarios. Educated a wide variety of Fortune500 customers and leading Contingent Workforce practitioners on how to unlock the value of transformative rate and performance data within TDX.

As a subject matter expert on contingent workforce programs and technologies, I consulted with multiple Fortune500 customers to help them build transformational contingent workforce centers of excellence. I was primary advisor on a wide variety of projects that spanned from sourcing and selection of VMS and MSP providers; rate guidance and cost savings exercises; building workforce policy and programmatic guidelines; and global consideration consulting. With a deep background within the staffing, MSP and VMS space, I provided a neutral perspective on best practices on how to achieve customers desired objectives while evaluating how any particular change would impact quality, efficiency, cost and risk.

As part of MSX's acquisition of IQNavigator's MSP division, I joined GRI's MSP practice as a Solutions and Innovations Consultant. As part of this role, I was primarily responsible for monitoring best practices across all of GRI's MSP programs to ensure that we were providing quality services to all of our customers. By driving consistent practices across programs, we were able to create more flexible and nimble workforce to allow for resourcing across multiple customers.
