- Owns pre-onboarding and onboarding for all new employees in Canada and America.- Leads and facilitates Summer Intern Program ensuring it is a strategic hiring plan for future positions and brand awareness.- Partners closely with HR Business Partners on all internal mobility and promotions.- Proactively leverages data from HCM system to refine processes, mitigate risks and improve HR strategies.- Committee Lead for workplace programs groups i.e. Volunteer Committee and Cultural Committees.- Collaborates with Talent Development Lead to plan, organize and facilitate team specific and companywide employee trainings.- Works closely with outside Legal Counsel on employee immigration cases.- Manages and supports tracking and communications regarding annual HR Processes (Annual Performance and Compensation Reviews, Career Development, Check-Ins, Leadership Operational Reviews).
