Teal Team is an organization that was formed around the principles of Fredric Laloux's Reinventing Organizations -- both in its mission and in its foundation. We were fascinated and inspired by companies and individuals around the globe that have been able to successfully build businesses using an "evolutionary teal" model, so we decided to both promote and emulate them.
