I lead a small-scale renovation project where an empty industrial space in the heart of Tottenham will become the new broadcasting studio and office headquarters of a London based creative agency. The client put me in full control of both the architectural design, construction management and interior design of the 120m2 mixed-use space. My role in the project included fulfilling the clients needs and coordination of the subcontractors involved. Main Tasks:-Design lead of the small-scale renovation project from concept to post-construction-Produced a set of architectural drawings, 3D BIM model and visual renders-Project management and Client design consultancy-Construction management-Subcontractor liaison-Interior and spatial design

In this role I worked along side a team of architects and senior technologists on two international large mixed-use commercial and residential projects using Revit. I assisted my seniors with producing architectural plans, technical drawings and 3D modelling.
