I work alongside the Business Development Manager to coordinate campaigns to raise brand awareness and increase sales from both the residential and commercial building sectors. My current roles include:• Managing the business' social media accounts including; Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn. • Creating content for social media.• Creating and distributing the weekly e- newsletter to a subscriber list of around 10,000.• Coordinating film and photography material to be used in various promotional ways.• Sourcing the most effective means to advertise and promote the business and implementing them.• Generating leads and liaising with customers to complete sales.

I currently work at Lobby Lounge within Crown Perth. It is a very high-pressure environment because of the amount of guests we serve every day and the expectation of delivering 5-star service every time. My role involves working in the bar (preparing drinks and making coffee) and also taking orders from the customer's table and delivering it to them promptly. I previously worked at Poolside Bar and Grill in Crown Perth which was a similar role but situated around the hotel pool.
