Managed a multi-million dollar Retail Store that received the award for "Highest Sales to Budget" comping more than 20% for 2014 and 2015. Interviewing, hiring, training new management and internal growth candidates, promoting, scheduling, forecasting sales, payroll, managing process such as cash office, freight, merchandising, customer service, safety and loss prevention.

Gathered status on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis from Planning, Finance and Product Support of summary level charts and uploaded for Management to review. Interfaced with Planning Administration and Finance to correct charging errors by completing Cost Account Transfers as needed. Developed a monthly manpower charging guide from the Estimate Time to Complete (ETC) for the Planning Department and kept status of all hours charged against each Government job number. Prepared a wide variety of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and schedules such as Contract Planning status, Program status summary and highlights by compiling, calculating, laying out, typing and reproducing volumes of data received.
