We developed a system on ClickUp that lets us work together efficiently despite different cultures, time zones, and internet connections, saving us time and effort.Our most valuable resource is time, and managing it well ensures everyone spends it wisely and effectively.Our team faced repetitive and inefficient tasks. We assessed everyone's strengths and assigned them roles accordingly. Productivity has increased significantly since then.We Improved our social media presence by assigning small, manageable tasks to volunteers. We implemented a successful marketing strategy and met several deadlines without rushing.Converting our course into an online academy for tentmakers, helping them grow their business or skills to inspire others. Our aim is to share our testimony of freedom and joy through the academy.Analyzing all the tools we use to accomplish our work requires us to consider their cost and effectiveness. It's essential to use one product to its fullest potential rather than many products to achieve the same goal. This process involves eliminating redundant tasks and letting go of processes that aren't working. Sometimes, it's less work to let go of a process than to try and make it work.After introducing new systems, implementing new strategies, and forming a well-oiled team, we are now in the phase where we can expand and grow. I am looking forward to seeing how the next quarter will reap results.

Makarios Beauty originated as a spa and later included the distribution of Matis Paris in the Western Cape. A French skincare brand that has been on the market for nearly 90 years. Because of my passion for beauty and the beauty industry, I am still involved with this company in an advisory capacity. We have separated the spa from the distribution because our target audience differs, and my coaching services are utilised within the company.
