My career has been that of a change agent, I have been the lead architect for countless cross department projects. I find success through collaboration with stakeholders; strategizing with the impacted professionals to develop processes and best practices that optimize existing personnel and technologies and when required to identify, recommend, and implement alternative technologies.Successful projects include the design of comprehensive legal and fiduciary family metrics using MicroStrategy to provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability for Trusteeship/AUM clients; the search, selection, and implementation of SugarCRM, a highly customized CRM that resulted in a family-level portal aggregating client information through integrations with iManage, InterAction, and the firm’s Data Warehouse. SugarCRM provides an automated document organization and vault retrieval system for over 120,000 executed estate planning documents. This innovative CRM is the cornerstone for the transition of Ropes & Gray’s private client practice. In the last few months, I collaborated with internal and external transition teams to create a tracking system and workflow to transfer the 200 years of physical and electronic client records, providing a soft landing to my former colleagues at Hall & Diana, LLC and Choate, Hall & Stewart.I look forward to seeing what change is ahead for me, and how I can help other organizations with innovative projects.
