Space biology postdoctoral researcher based at the Institute of Life Course and Medical Sciences (ILCaMS), University of Liverpool, and currently working on the MicroAgeII UK mission to the International Space Station (ISS).PhD candidate at the University of Liverpool, defending my thesis in May 2023. Research is based on the tissue-specific, bi-directional interaction between the circadian molecular clock and redox regulation via transcription factor NRF2. My key interests revolve around human physiology, with focus on the musculoskeletal system, the effects and mechanisms of ageing and interventions in order to promote healthy ageing. I have extensive experience in working independently, in a team and with people across a multitude of ages. I am keen to keep up my enthusiasm and continue working on new and ground-breaking research.
