About Elizabeth Terrel

I have been in the Culinary Industry for over 30 years, starting as a dishwasher at 15 years old at our local Chinese restaurant. I worked in Portland Oregon after colonize school at the Heathman Lodge, along with salt on the Columbia as an assistant pastry chef. Upon returning to Montana, I did a short stint at Walkers Grill doing pastries, open my own bakery for four years and then moved into operations. For the past 10 years I have been in more of an operations type of role, which I thoroughly enjoy. I am a great planner with an eye for details.
