Technical Training Specialist
Current-Develop and implement comprehensive technical training programs to enhance the skills of existing staff.-Design and deliver engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and interactive modules, tailored to the specific needs of various teams within the organization.-Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.-Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the impact of training programs and identify areas for improvement.-Facilitate workshops on technical topics, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration among team members.
