Support worker working specifically with vulnerable clients on probation who have been through the criminal justice system. Help was provided by linking clients in with services that provided help to break down barriers relating to mental health, drug and alcohol abuse, benefits and housing, as well as other barriers. The aim was to provide clients with independence to enable them to break the revolving door cycle.
