Part time supervisor at mamas and papas in Liverpool. Main duties involve running the shop floor which includes ensuring staff are in the right place at the right time and doing the correct job. I help manage a great team of employees. The job had me juggling employee, customers, and ‘back of house’ jobs like deliveries and report interpreting.I take pride in working for a great company and helping new parents get ready for a very exciting time in their lives.

Currently on the graduate scheme at Avis Budget Group. Main role involves being front of house, renting cars to customers and dealing with day-to-day running of the location. Graduate scheme involves learning about all the different elements of the company and spending time with people in different areas of the business to see how things work. The aim is to learn about the company as a whole and move into an area that is of interest when jobs arise.

Worked at M&S before, during and after university. Last role was as a Multi-channel Champion. Meaning i was in charge of geneating sales thorugh multi-channels, internet and ipads being the main ones. This was as well as conducting the same role as everyone else as a customer service representative; operating tills, maintaining standards on the shop floor and general customer service.
