About Elizabeth Vansant-Webb, Mat, M.Ed.

As a passionate manager and thought leader, I believe that all people deserve access to high-quality social, educational, and health systems. We need to take the time to facilitate system-wide changes for equitable outcomes. I believe that relationship-building is at the heart of successful collaborations to address these complex issues. I excel at managing diverse stakeholder groups in governmental, philanthropic, non-profit, and for-profit sectors. Throughout my career, I have served as a process facilitator and leader to bring groups to consensus around their collective vision, mission, and values around the past, present, and future of their work. Basing my work in evidence and data, I have also worked closely with communities and organizations to create strategic plans, sustainable solutions, and meaningful products and processes to measure, scale, and communicate their impact. My commitment to equitable outcomes extends to my management and organizational responsibilities, as I thrive in environments where I coach and mentor others to grow and reach their full potential. This work encourages organizational investment in new and developing talent and creates an authentic focus on equity, justice, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace. After building many of these skill sets in my time in social impact consulting, I sought a more focused career path. By pivoting to the early childhood sector, I have an opportunity to utilize these skills in ways that align with my passions and values. I work to guide upstream interventions and investments to create sustainable systems and programmatic solutions for children and families, with a strong focus on evidence-based early childhood home visiting. My goal is to ensure organizations and communities have access to the best tools and resources to create human-centric systems that balance well-being with growth to improve outcomes for children and families.
