Projects include providing input to enable strategic decision making, identifying opportunities to enhance/optimize current performance of the organization, and evaluating business models.•Leads tailored portfolio and asset class analyses and facilitated discussions to inform strategy development•Leads company-wide performance analyses to identify opportunities to drive short, medium, and long-term growth and maximize the company’s long-term value of its retail & office portfolio; facilitates the development of retail asset strategies across all departments for all retail properties• Responsible for driving strategic planning process, including supporting development, execution, and measurement of corporate strategy• Collaborates and works closely with Operations, Leasing, Investments, and Development on strategic direction setting and strategy implementation

• Facilitates the development of retail asset strategies across all departments for all retail properties• As needed, conducts deep dives into specific properties; guides the research, analysis, and recommendation of strategic initiatives and development of comprehensive asset strategy plans• Partners with other departments including leasing, operations, marketing, research, finance, innovation, development, and investments on special projects or other strategic analyses• Leads the evaluation of progress against strategic plans with the cross-functional team responsible for implementation; revise/adjust strategy roadmaps as necessary

• Provides strategic insights and recommendations to Executive and Senior Leadership teams on key issues impacting current business models• Supports strategic plan development, execution, and measurement, including objectives setting, progress monitoring and management, and delivery of strategic initiatives and projects• Uncovers and evaluates opportunities to drive growth and value• Responsible for ongoing assessments of the business environment, industry disruption, and relevant office, retail, and mixed-use innovations to proactively identify and address changing business needs

• Supports development and delivery of strategic plans and complex, high-impact projects for Executive and Senior Leadership team• Provides strategic advice and insight on major issues affecting, or likely to affect, the portfolio of retail and office assets across the organization• Performs research and analysis to develop recommendations and support the execution of strategic initiatives encompassing a wide range of topics, with a key focus on: industry disruption, innovation, and emerging trends

• Development and delivery of strategic recommendations targeted to drive operational efficiencies, minimize risk, enhance customer experience, and improve revenue for Financial Institutions across Canada & the Caribbean.
