The outcome of this analysis was a 5% reduction in business partner’s calls to the Service Center• Responsible for project management work: managing scope, making certain project remains on schedule by tracking tasks/resources, tracking/managing defects, closing project• Responsible for organizing a team of individuals for a new role in Information Solution Design (including hosting bi-weekly meetings, and documenting requests/solutions)• Mainframe support for the post approval area (PL/I, JCL, TSO, CICS, Host Scope)

Responsibilities include:• Using Excel, generate and analyze monthly team metrics to identify, document, and implement process improvements, allowing the team to be more efficient • To maintain appropriate security, conducted the annual software access audit for all employees and contractors, completed in Excel primarily using vlookups. • Lead business consultant for projects, including gathering and documenting requirements, managing scope and schedule, tracking/managing defects, and training clients• Generate and analyze monthly Service Level Agreement metrics including using Excel (pivot tables and comparisons) to determine the main causes for implementation failures within the division. This caused us to identify consistent issues and resolve them to attain our 98% success rate• Member of the Change Control Board to ensure the division’s implementations are following correct procedure
