With over 16 years of experience in the aging services sector, I am a passionate and innovative leader who strives to enhance the quality of life and well-being of older adults and their caregivers. As the Executive Director of MountainCare, I oversee the strategic direction, operations, and financial performance of a non-profit organization that provides a range of programs and services to meet the diverse needs of the aging population in the region.I leverage my strong leadership and oversight skills to direct the management, marketing, and implementation of exceedingly successful programs, such as adult day services, and caregiver support . I also excel at building and maintaining strategic partner relations with various stakeholders, such as donors, funders, regulators, community organizations, and health care providers. One of my proudest achievements is leading the transition planning and execution of MountainCare's collaboration with Council on Aging for Henderson County, a process that involved extensive communication, and coordination across multiple teams and entities. Through this work, I aim to create a more efficient, effective, and sustainable organizations that can deliver greater impact and value to the aging community.
