With over 30 years’ experience in conflict resolution, I have worked with large corporations, finance industry, government, SMEs and NGOs. As an experienced mediator, conflict coach and relationship therapist, I’ve guided people gridlocked in conflicts that threatened business and family outcomes to find reasonable, livable solutions. My point of difference is combining therapeutic, business and mediation knowledge to build the self-awareness that leads to successfully implementing this most challenging set of skills. My life has often been about making wonderful mistakes with conflicts, learning about falling over, getting back up again. Literally, living with quadriplegia, most of my personal conflict is with gravity. I share the research, science, and psychology, what really works for you to be confident and achieve positive outcomes in conflict scenarios.
