Personal Services Flight:• General Administration on base of about 3000 personal. • Dealing with pay quires, answering emails and phone quires.• Raising and administrating annual reports.• Raising all appropriate paperwork for deployments, making sure all personal have the correct medical/dental and all prepared for going on deployment, flights booked and transport to the airport sorted.Top Secret Library• Looking after all classified documents, making sure they were amended and up-to-date. • Making sure all documents were accounted for when they were taken out.• Making sure all new classified documents were recorded in the correct documents and were traceable with serial numbers and registered.• This job also required me to be DV Cleared. Field Trials Analysis Team • Collecting data from various sources and collate in a data base.• Observed jets deploying bombs then calculating if the weapons systems were on target based on where they landed. • Travelled to various parts of the UK to see different aircrafts.• Booking hotels and arranging transport to and from various locations. Operational Support Cell • Running all administration within a classified environment.• Setting up VTC’s and taking notes and typing them for distribution.• Receiving, registering and distribution of classified documents.• In charge of retrieving all classified documents and either making sure they are filed correctly or then destroyed with the right forms. • Raising and maintaining files from restricted to top secret. Making sure all classified files were registered correctly.• Do regular file checks to make sure all classified files were accounted for. PA for the Station Commander –• Diary management. • Arranging travel, both abroad and within the UK.• Arranging meetings.• Typing up minutes.• Welcoming visitors. • Answering telephone calls/emails. • Setting up VTC’s.• Arranging arrival meetings for all new Officers arriving on station.
