In this role I manage and supervise all operational aspects of the Behavior Intervention program. I am also responsible for providing positive behavioral support to K-12 students as well as engaging students in a planning process to build on existing strengths, teach effective coping skills and productive behaviors. This mentor both advocates for and challenges the students to be productive and restorative while using a strength-based, trauma informed approach. I also partners with family, school, and community to teach the students to be respectful, responsible, safe and ready to learn.

I provide support by monitoring and training using behavior management techniques, intervention strategies, coping skills, and problem solving for clients with behavioral challenges. Building rapport with clients and family. Taking data of client's behaviors and input into the database to help build a strong case making sure we remain objective and our interventions are effective.

As Team Leader I play an important role in motivating the different teams we have within the company and ensuring their success. Some of my duties include communicating to the team the goals and areas of opportunities for the week/month based on our reports: Customer Experience Monitor (CEM), Automated Holding Assistant (AHA), SAFE Daily critical, and eRQA. Labor management is one of my daily goals for the day, making sure we have the right amount of team members according to our current sales. When an injury at work occurs it is my responsibility to fill up a report then proceed to inform our insurance about it. Assessing team members on their areas of opportunity based on their performance and determining when they are ready to take the next step on their Chick-Fil-A career is one more of my responsibilities as a Team Leader.
