System Qa Analyst
• Provide test support for Investments’ initiatives: Test several company web sites including Online Brokerage, Bond Center, Market Watch, S&P Research, Maintain product website for consistency and functionality.• Production support Regression testing: New Releases and production checkouts. Also perform Ad Hoc front end functionality and web base testing. (Online trading, stocks, company news/research, etc.)• Write Test Plan, Test Cases, Execute test cases in Quality Center Test Lab for Projects, releases and regression. Develop Business test cases for systems acceptance testing. Regression test Content (images, frames, forms, links) and functionality for Wells approved browsers. • Provide thorough testing of browser compatibility issues for latest versions of Microsoft Windows and MACs. • Test consistency of graphic user interface between all the versions.• Creating Brokerage Test Accounts on Beta System for all Internet Services testing groups. • Maintain Investment QA accounts online status using the relationship of Beta, Hogan, Client Utility and CIV application for all Internet Services QA testing group.• Maintain and condition test data for test and test production.• Maintain test, business, and technical documentation for QA team.• Identify Software Defects, and logged them into ClearQuest. • Participate in Ambiguity reviews, test planning sessions, defect reviews, metrics analysis.• Communicate with developers in order to report/resolve defects and monitor their status.
