• Worked with permitting through the Reedy Creek Improvement District. Updated and organize the permit log for the Hollywood Studios Expansion. • I created a permit map that separated permits by project locations for others to easily understand. • Ran our 30-60-90 meetings. This included coordination of five different projects and how their construction activities would affect everyday guest and cast satisfaction and safety. • Updating the site logistics plan weekly. • I created the Turnover Matrix for a Pargo Maintenance Facility. This included all the closeout documents needed to turnover to the owner. Once all the documents were collected, I met with PTS to turnover warranties, and I sent other documents to doc control, iron mountain, and engineering services. • Helped with the Hospitality EER Room tenant improvement. Helped with RFI, submittals, and created weekly meetings.

• My responsibilities ranged from the closeout of a five different projects for the State Farm Buildings at Marina Heights, to the preconstruction of a couple new projects including an office build to suit called Chaparral Commerce Center and a new apartment complex in downtown Phoenix called the Willa.• I was responsible for coordinating questions and information between the subcontractors and the A/E consultants. • I was also responsible for tracking the QAQC of the work done on each project. • I was responsible for five bid packages for the new Chaparral Commerce Center project in Scottsdale, Arizona. • I learned how to do quantity takeoffs for a few different scopes, including landscape and site concrete. • I learned the purposes and the processes of creating RFIs, submittals, benchmarks, punch walks, and stored materials visits. • I learned how to utilize my resources to solve problems, such as learning to understand construction specifications, construction drawings, shop drawings, and approved submittal. • I was responsible for creating our procurement and closeout logs for each project. • I was given the responsibility to take the lead on learning two new computer applications for my team: Assemble and Building Connected. These applications were new to Ryan, and I was able to be one of the first to utilize these on my projects.

My seating hostess responsibilities included:• Creating a wait list daily• Giving accurate wait quotes• Cleaning and restocking the restrooms• Keeping my work area clear and safe• Being attentive to the customers’ needs• Being in charge of the phone class that would come in and making select reservations based on my best judgement• Using the iPad application "NoWait Hostess" to keep track of my wait list and the open tables • I helped open the restaurant back in 2013 and was the lead hostess till I moved up to Expo in 2015. I trained every new hostess that was hired.My Food Runner responsibilities included:• Memorizing tables, seat numbers, and food dishes• Paying close attention to any food modifications and food allergies• Keeping open communication with the kitchen cooks and the servers• Adding any side items to plates before they went out• Balancing 3+ plates and carry them to tables• Being attentive to the customers’ needs• Cleaning the kitchen • Restocking the kitchen dishes once clean and food from the dry/wet storage• Training new expos that were hired

My role at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida was an attractions cast member at the Tower of Terror, Peter Pan’s Flight, and it’s a small world. All of these attractions had similar responsibilities, including but not limited to:• Conducting morning ride safety checks before park open• Daily safety checks each time the rides were loaded with guests • Keeping my work area clean and safe of hazards• Creating magic for every guest• Operating the ride vehicles and tower control• Greeting guests at both the entrance and end of the attractions• Keeping standby and fastpass ratios accurate at the merge position• Learning both the fastpass and fastpass plus methods of line control• Organizing strollers to minimize safety hazards in the parks• Super greeting which included answering guest questions around the entire park• Taking extra special care of our guests with disabilities• Helping out my fellow coworkers when they needed it• Being efficient at loading guests in the rides while maintaining exceptional safety• Maintaining “show” throughout my shift• Helping direct crowd control during the busy times of day
