Coordinated in a multi-team effort to merge data and prepare for project launch.• Evaluated and ran a proof of concept to acquire an artificial intelligence product to extract lease provisions to speed up evaluations for acquisitions by 80% per lease and was featured in a company-wide presentation on the technology.• Created a Spotfire tool to interface with Quorum data that automated and changed the Reserves process from 12 people to 2 over 3 days instead of a month even when adding 3,000% more sticks over the previous year. • Lead a 3 person broker team that negotiated pooling for an area, acquiring over 600 signatures in less than 8 months, with a personal conversion rate of 84% (“yes” and the remaining percentage being “maybe”).• Identified a legal analysis and evaluated over 800 leases to apply the analysis that resulted in saving over $14MM in drilling costs by removing unnecessary obligations from the schedule.• Using Lean Six Sigma strategies, participated with a team to evaluate workflow and code an Access database that decreased time to clear title for subsequent wells by 95%.
