In 2020, we got scrappy. Two real-bearded Santas, brothers with real beards, bleached and dyed white, ages 30 & 45. We knew in summer of 2020 that the older Santas would most likely hesitate to sit in the chair and provide in-person visits for children. It was an amazing year.
