• Led the Creative Development process, from intake to execution, for omni-channel marketing campaigns with internal and corporate marketing clients. Improved communication, established a work approval process, and regularly reviewed proposals to reduce project cancelation rates from 26% to 6%, a decrease of ~76%.• Assessed print operations, improved forecasting and scheduling for brochures, moved from a single-source supplier to a managed services provider, and delivered 34.9% YoY reduction in operating costs.
