As a technical writer at nCino, my primary responsibility is writing clear, concise, and thorough user and configuration documentation of the products in development. By working closely with my team and the features, including hands-on configuration work, I have gained a detailed understanding of the nCino product that I utilize to clearly communicate the intricacies of our product to readers. This knowledge is used to write user guides for nCino customers, configuration guides for the administrators and nCino employees, and all necessary supplemental documentation. I also address both internal and external questions about the product on the Knowledge platform and on internal communication channels. In addition to technical writing, my responsibilities include writing for the nCino Community blog, acting as Scrum master for the Technical Writing team, contributing product copy, providing feedback during Scrum meetings--including collaborating with UX designers--and creating off-cycle product documentation requests.
