I am an RYT 500 yoga teacher. I teach online group yoga classes as well as private sessions. My goal is to impart the transformational aspects of yoga to each of my students on a personal level. I work with yogis of many ages and backgrounds. I encourage my students to listen to their body and be fully in the moment with their practice so that every time they show up, they get exactly what they need.I am also a Marketing Copywriter and Account Manager for clients across various industries. I enjoy creating and editing engaging copy that speaks to a brand's audience and building a good working relationship with each client. I have past experience in recruiting and media. I enjoy strategic thinking, brainstorming, and simplifying processes and communication. I like to explore what's possible and make experiences come alive on and off the yoga mat. I am skilled in interpersonal and written communication, critical thinking and collaboration. I am open to new opportunities that fit my strengths and interests.
