I am a rising senior at the University of Washington in Seattle studying Industrial & Systems Engineering with a concentration in Data Science. I am interested in working in Human Factors and ensuring interactions between people and products are as seamless as possible.Prior to attending UW I founded and captained a FIRST Tech Challenge robotics team for six years, where I am currently a member of HuskyADAPT, a student organization who alters children's toys to be more accessible. I also interned at Optim.im to write reports comparing and evaluating the usability of inventory management systems. I am confident in my teamwork and leadership skills as well as my ability to work calmly in high pressure or high risk environments, and comfortable working with and teaching people of all ages and backgrounds thanks to experiences as a camp counselor. Outside of academics I am a member of UW’s Yacht Club and UW Symphony Orchestra.
