Liz is an award-winning employment lawyer whose practice spans workplace, industrial relations and occupational health and safety law for full-service workforce management support. She is regularly featured in major news publications and sought after as a strategic advisor, negotiator and litigator.She handles the full range of employment-related claims, including unfair dismissal, adverse action, discrimination, workplace bullying, sexual harassment and underpayment. She regularly advises on workforce management issues including terms and conditions of employment, management of sick, injured and underperforming workers, the application of industrial instruments, transfers of business, restraints of trade, work health and safety, workers compensation and sham contracting.Liz acts for clients across broad industry sectors, including health and aged care, education, manufacturing, retail, insurance, finance, labour hire, property and construction.
