I'm always leading multiple working groups through process improvement projects, and managing vendor relationship and back end configuration for our QA tooling. With the relationships I've built during my tenure at the company, I can manage interdepartmental communication for my team with ease and tact. I'm an expert at what it means to provide an excellent client experience, and my time in the tech industry continues to keep me sharp and curious about the human story behind technology development.

My team's mission is to support Squarespace in providing a customer experience of the highest quality. We do this by spot-checking Advisor interactions with customers to provide coaching feedback through written communication. In this role, I have also managed projects meant to help make internal processes and policies run more smoothly and efficiently. I've had the chance to work in Google sheets for data collection and analysis, and write reports for interdepartmental improvement recommendations. I'm excited to continue honing my project management and communication skills in this role.

When people decide to start the journey of creating a beautiful online presence, Advisors are on the front lines of assistance to them and are a typical first contact with Squarespace as a company. With this in mind, my focus each day was not only to give our customers timely and clear instruction and assistance, but to do this with a sense that each interaction could make the difference between retaining a potential customer or losing their loyalty. In this job I had the opportunity to gain valuable experience in creative and strategic troubleshooting and problem solving. This helped hone my critical and analytical thinking skills, and made me a great candidate for my role change to Quality Specialist.
